Norfolk Heatwave: Certain Death Ultra Hot Sauce Review

Norfolk Heatwave - Certain Death Ultra Hot
Certain Death Ultra Hot Sauce
This bottle of Norfolk Heatwave - Certain Death Ultra Hot  found its way into my hands by luck through the The Scorchio Hot Sauce Club (click here for more info) to my delight it appears that I received one of the very cool limited edition bottles with a free plastic skull that signifies the contents!!

I admit I had never heard of Norfolk heatwave before but I am glad I have found them. Their products are home made as part of a small family business in Weybourne, near Holt in beautiful North Norfolk.

Their Certain Death Ultra-Hot Chilli Sauce is home made using premium quality ingredients, including approximately 50% more Scotch Bonnet peppers than their Caribbean Hot Pepper Sauce plus Indian Bhut Jolokia chillies ensuring that this sauce is not for the feint-hearted! but perfectly suitable for any chilli head!

This sauce reminds me of one of my original favorite sauces that Chillipepper Pete sadly no longer produce, The Tasmanian Devil sauce. To get the depth of flavor in Certain Death Ultra Hot sauce Norfolk Heatwave add mango's to temper the heat and add a touch of sweetness, plus a list of spices including mustard and coriander to enhance the piquancy and flexibility of this hot sauce
What the bottle says...Our ultra hot and tasty sauce is handmade containing some fresh Norfolk grown ingredients plus Indian mango and bhut jolokia chillies.  Use as a deadly hot condiment marinade or dip, or as a cooking ingredient to spice up foods, or even just to make a sizzling Vindaloo or Phal curry!
This all-natural blazingly hot sauce powered by the scotch bonnet and Naga really does add heat and flavour to anything from dips and dressings to stir frys and curries. The bottle lasted me about a week, which was hard as I had to stop myself wondering back to the fridge to keep tasting the stuff and seeing which snack I could add it no next!. If you would like to pick some Certain Death Ultra Hot up, then click here to get some from Scorchio. you can also contact Norfolk heatwave direct on the details below. If you are lucky you will get one of the limited edition bottles with a skull on to top too.
